Why Free Shipping?

Simple answer - We hate shipping costs. We are also buyers ourselves and we hate it when we have to pay shipping costs our selves. That is why we ship via great shipping channels all around the globe by the help of our shipping partners that can take a little more time than usual but hey it's free so that kinda balances it out and we all can wait a few extra days if we are getting stuff delivered to our door for absolutely no cost.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
